The small print.

1) This site will remain up for a minimum of 12 months past the point we accept the last payment. If it closes before then, and your payment was within the last 12 months, your payment will be refunded, less banking charges

If the site closes more than 12 months after your payment was made, then all agreements are considered fulfilled and no refund is required.

2) ANY cash refunds, either due to site closure, or due to your request for withdrwal from your account, are less any charges or taxes that governments, banks or other transfer facilities charge.

3) We cannot be responsible for any seconds not showing due to unexpected technical issues, or due to bandwidth limitations, or due to any action outside of our control. In any event no refund will be offered due to seconds not being shown, unless the site has been permanently closed, in which case paragraph 1 will apply.

4) This site is run by an individual, not a big corporation, so suing me for anything that happens is pretty darned pointless. If there is a problem, just tell me!
